This IDC study presents the top 96 IT services providers in the UAE, including their market shares, based on their respective performances in 2019. Furthermore, it examines the performances of the top 10 IT services providers in the UAE. The study contains market size and shares for the top 10 service vendors by IDC's 12 foundation market categories.

The study answers the following questions:

• What are the top 96 IT service providers in the UAE IT services market?
• What are the top 10 providers for each of IDC's 12 services categories?
